What is Cultural Diplomacy and Development about?

Cultural diplomacy is described as the exchange of ideas, information, art and business among nations and their peoples to enhance and improve mutual understanding.
Therefore CCDD includes any activity that enables individuals to learn about the culture and society of the other nations in the Middle East. The Center believes that cultural diplomacy is a powerful tool for building bridges between people. Cultural diplomacy is neither about hard nor soft power but about smart power!
